Paper abstracts (up to 600 of the main text body and up to 200 characters for the list of references, if relevant) need to be submitted from this link to one of the nine Conference Themes before December 15, 2019. Please, provide a submission file in MS Word format and include in it the title of the paper, all the courses, their full affiliations, key words, the main text body, and (if relevant) references.

The Conference Registration Fee is EUR 50 for the participants coming from OECD countries, Russia SAARC and Developing Countries; EUR 100 for the participants from other countries; and INR 1000 for the participants from India. The registration fee includes the conference program, an abstract book, access to conference e-materials, access to all the sessions, coffee and lunch during the conference.

Conference excursion and field trip will be charged extra [expected EUR 50 per person for the day excursion and EUR 150 per person for 2-day field trip. The cost includes transport, one-night moderate accommodation [only during the field trip], and meal). The accommodation is not included in the Conference Registration Fee. Participants will have to cover their own travel and accommodation costs.

The Organizing Committee of the Conference would be happy to help the participants in finding suitable accommodation and to travel to and from Nainital.
